An export house, not a middleman.
Avadhoot Exim Pvt. Ltd. moves Indian agricultural produce to international buyers with the origin, the grade and the paperwork all under one roof.
Built around the market yard, not a warehouse.
Most spice that leaves India passes through several hands on the way. A farmer sells to a commission agent, who sells to a trader, who sells to a processor, who sells to an exporter. By the time a foreign buyer sees a quotation, the material has been marked up four times and nobody in the chain can say for certain which field it came from.
We were set up to compress that chain. We buy at the Unjha market yard in Gujarat, where the crop is auctioned every working morning and where the world's cumin reference price is discovered. We see the lots, we judge the color and aroma, and we buy against the specification a customer has already agreed — not against whatever is cheap that week.
The result is straightforward: a fair price, a grade that matches the sample, and a container that leaves when we said it would.
Honest grading
The grade on the invoice is the grade in the bag. If the crop cannot support the specification you want, we say so before you order.
Dates that hold
A shipment window is a commitment, not an aspiration. When something slips we tell you the day we know, not the week after.
Complete documents
Customs delays cost more than freight. Your document set is prepared to your market's requirements and checked before the vessel sails.
Who you will be dealing with
Bhumin Patel
Chief Executive Officer
Bhumin leads sourcing, pricing and buyer relationships at Avadhoot Exim. Inquiries reach him directly — for most orders you will deal with him from the first quotation through to the bill of lading.
Four commitments we hold ourselves to
Say the difficult thing early
A short crop, a quality problem, a delayed vessel — you hear it from us first, while there is still time to act on it.
Quote what we can deliver
We would rather lose an order to a lower price than win it on a specification we cannot hold.
Document everything
Specifications, samples, inspection reports and shipping papers, all in writing and all retained.
Answer every inquiry
Including the ones we decline. A clear no is more useful to a buyer than silence.
Registered details
Buyers running due diligence on a new supplier are welcome to ask for our registration documents, bank references and export licenses. We provide them on request without fuss — it is a normal part of opening a trade relationship.
